In 1998, Julie Spencer began helping friends define their style by making unique, affordable beaded jewelry and selling it from her living room. In 1999, she opened her first retail store. Today, J. Spencer Jewelry & Gifts has grown to four locations across Oklahoma. While the scope of the business has changed, Julie’s desire to treat her customers as friends has not.
